Refund policy
1. Woodswell provides a 7-day return and exchange guarantee (counted from the date of receipt), applicable only to products with manufacturing or serious quality defects, or obvious damage or seal breakage caused during shipping. Customers must provide relevant evidence.
If a quality issue is discovered within 7 days of receipt, customers may submit a request for return or exchange via email or the customer service hotline. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality or obvious shipping damage (including personal preference, size choice, or subjective experience).
活唯為顧客提供七天貨品退換保證(以簽收日期起計算)。僅適用於產品存在製造/嚴重質量缺陷或因運輸導致明顯破損或封口破裂的情況。顧客必須提供相關證據。
若顧客於收貨後 七天內發現產品存在質量問題,並需要退換,可透過電子郵件或客服熱線 提出申請。一般情況下,非因產品質量缺陷或明顯運輸破損的退換(包括個人使用感受、尺寸選擇或喜好)將不予受理。
2. Returned or exchanged products must be unused, clean, and intact. Products must be returned together with the original packaging and relevant proof.
退換貨商品必須 未經使用、保持清潔且完整。如需退換,產品須連同原包裝及相關憑證 一併退回。
3. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cleansing and care products cannot be returned.
基於衛生及安全理由,已開封的清潔及護理產品均不接受更換。
4. Once a return or exchange request is approved, our customer service team will schedule a courier pickup. Customers may reschedule twice by contacting customer service at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup (during customer service hours only). If the product is not made available at the agreed pickup time, Woodswell reserves the right to charge an additional $50 pickup fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
退換貨申請受理後,客服將與您 預約快遞上門取件時間。上門時間確定後,顧客可在上門時間前 4 小時內(僅限客服工作時間)聯絡客服調整兩次上門時間。若顧客未能在約定時間提供商品,活唯保留權利收取額外$50上門費,該費用將從退款金額中扣除
5. In case of disputes or amendments, Woodswell reserves the final right of decision.
