Shipping policy

1. Enjoy Free Shipping / 滿額免運費
Spend over HKD 300 and enjoy free delivery on your order.
單筆消費滿 HKD 300，即可享受免費送貨服務。

2. Standard Delivery Fee / 運費說明
For orders below HKD 300, a flat fee of HKD 50 will be charged.
若訂單未滿 HKD 300，將收取 HKD 50 運費。

3. Delivery Area / 配送範圍
We currently deliver within Hong Kong. Delivery is not available to Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, and Peng Chau, but all other areas are covered. For village houses, please contact customer service to confirm delivery availability.
目前僅提供香港地區配送服務。送貨暫不包括南丫島、長洲及坪洲，其他地區皆可送達。村屋地址請聯絡客服確認是否可配送。

4.Order Processing / 訂單處理
Orders placed and paid for during customer service hours will be processed within 3 working days from the order date; otherwise, within 3 working days from the next working day.
凡於客服團隊辦公時間內建立並確認付款之訂單，我們將於下單當日起 3 個工作日內完成處理。客服時間外付款的訂單，則於下個工作日起 3 個工作日內處理。

5. Delivery Time/ 配送時間
Products are usually delivered within 3 working days after processing. Delivery to outlying islands and remote areas may take an additional 1 working day. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email, and the order cannot be modified after shipment. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details and delivery address.
Delivery may be delayed due to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warnings, extreme weather, unexpected traffic conditions, or other force majeure events.
商品通常將在處理完成後 3 個工作日內送達您手中。離島及偏遠地區的派送时间会额外增加1个工作日。商品發出後，我們將通過 電子郵件 將物流追蹤號碼發送給您，且商品一旦發出訂單將無法再修改。請提供 準確的聯絡方式及配送地址。
當八號或以上烈風或暴風信號懸掛、黑色暴雨警告生效、極端天氣、意外交通狀況或其他不可抗力因素發生時，送貨可能會延誤

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays, ready to assist you.
